The well-maintained kitchen was a lifesaver, providing fresh water and great coffee to start my day right.
Unfortunately, some nearby barking dogs disrupted the peace on a few occasions during my stay.

Community spirit in a cozy spot
As I brewed coffee in the communal kitchen, friendly fellow travelers shared stories of their adventures, making my mornings delightful. The vibrant atmosphere truly captured the heart of San Juan del Sur.
However, the loud barking from nearby dogs disrupted the tranquil vibe at times, which was a bit disappointing during my restful evenings.

this place was such a disappointment. I would have left a good review but, the windows faced an internal courtyard, making my room feel like a dungeon. also, dogs barked loudly at odd hours. as a considerate guest, I expected a complimentary beverage, or at least a thank-you note, but nothing even close. I woudl ve been treated better in a hostel.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the clean communal kitchen where we could brew our own coffee. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, which made everything convenient for our family of four.
My kids wished there were more activities for families.

Spent six nights here and loved the community kitchen with fresh water and coffee that made mornings so easy! Relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying the cozy leisure room made my downtime perfect. The only downside was that the internal windows kept the room a bit dark, but it didn't matter with such a lovely outdoor space to hang out in. 🌞

Perfect for solo travelers
I met some very nice people at the communal kitchen while brewing fresh coffee every morning , and the staff even helped me stash my bike very safely during a busy weekend. Plus, those huge rooms were also a bonus! It's rare to find such great space and comfort in a place like this.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay , but it was worth every penny.
